Mastersel integration

Supplier products in Mastersel from one XML feed

Mastersel imports products from an XML feed in its own Custom XML format. Unified Suppliers builds that feed straight from your supplier catalogs, with your prices, current stock, variants, photos and categories, and refreshes it on your plan's schedule, so Mastersel always imports the latest catalog without files prepared by hand.

What you get

What the Mastersel feed carries

Every product assembled from the supplier catalog in the format Mastersel expects.

Variants with their own data

Sizes, colours and other options go as variants of one product, each with its own SKU, EAN code, price and stock. A variant the supplier has run out of is left out of the feed.

Your prices and sale prices

Prices follow your pricing rules by supplier, category or price range. When a sale price is set, it goes next to the regular price as the discounted price.

Current stock

Stock is taken from the supplier on every refresh, so Mastersel imports the quantities the supplier actually has.

Texts in the language you choose

Titles and descriptions go in the profile language, with a fallback language for products that miss a translation. The title can be built from the name, brand and properties.

Photos, brand and properties

Products carry their photos as full links, their brand and their properties, such as colour or material, as name and value pairs. Weight and dimensions go along when the supplier provides them.

Your categories or the supplier's

By default each product carries your mapped category with its full path. One setting sends the supplier's own categories instead, even where you have mappings.

5 steps

How it works

From an export profile to a feed Mastersel imports on its own.

  1. 1

    Create a Mastersel export profile

Under "Exports" choose the Mastersel type, the suppliers, the language, the conditions and the pricing rules.

  2. 2

    Map categories

Map your categories once, or turn on the setting that sends the supplier categories directly.

  3. 3

    Copy the feed link

The profile page shows the feed link with its key. The file is generated on your plan's schedule.

  4. 4

    Add the link in Mastersel

Paste the link into the import settings of your Mastersel Client Zone, and Mastersel imports the products from it.

  5. 5

    Follow the results

The profile page shows when the feed was last generated and downloaded, so you can see that Mastersel picks it up.
