Listings from supplier data
Every row carries the title, description, brand and photos of a product. Texts go out in the language of the export profile, translated from the supplier catalog, and you can edit any of them by hand.
eBay integration
eBay can take a whole catalog of listings from one file. Unified Suppliers builds that file from your supplier catalogs, with titles, descriptions, photos, item specifics and your prices, and rebuilds it on schedule. A second, lighter file carries only availability, so eBay learns quickly what has sold out.

What you get
Everything a listing needs, collected from the supplier catalog and shaped the way eBay reads it.
Every row carries the title, description, brand and photos of a product. Texts go out in the language of the export profile, translated from the supplier catalog, and you can edit any of them by hand.
The product properties the supplier provides, such as colour or material, are written into the file as item specifics next to the brand, translated into the profile's language like the rest of the listing.
A product the supplier sells in several sizes is grouped under one listing with a size choice, and each size carries its own code, price and availability. You can rename the supplier's size names to the ones your buyers expect.
Prices come from your pricing rules: a margin by category, supplier or price range. When a product is discounted, the discounted price is used, converted into the currency of the eBay site the profile is made for.
You enter the names of your eBay shipping, payment and return policies in the export profile once, and every listing in the file points to them. Nothing has to be filled in listing by listing.
Besides the full product file, a light file holds only each product's code and whether it is available. It is quick to build, so you can refresh it more often and keep eBay from selling what the supplier no longer has.
5 steps
Two export profiles, one link each, and the files keep themselves current.
In Exports, add an eBay products profile. Choose the suppliers, the language and the pricing rules, and enter your eBay shipping, payment and return policy names.
Assign an eBay category to each of your categories once. Every product of that category lands in the right place on eBay, now and in the future.
Conditions by supplier, category, brand or price narrow the catalog to the products you want on eBay, and a product limit is handy while you test the first listings.
The profile shows a private link to the file, which eBay can download, or the file can be uploaded to eBay's FTP after every refresh. Add an availability profile the same way.
Both files are rebuilt at your plan's frequency with current prices and availability. A product the supplier sold out is marked unavailable in the availability file and drops out of the product file.
Your supplier
We have connected 130 dropshipping suppliers for our clients so far, so there's a good chance yours is one of them. Tell us who it is and we'll let you know privately.
The same supplier products can also be sold on other marketplaces and in your own online store, from the same pricing rules.
Products, prices and stock keep themselves up to date — all that is left for you is selling.
